Anti-fog Coatings & Anti-fog Film

FSI anti-fog coatings and anti-fog film are formulated with anti-fog agents chemically bonded or "locked" into the polymer matrix of the coating. Unlike alternative anti-fog coatings, FSI anti-fog technology will remain effective after repeated cleaning and, in many cases, will outlast the useful life of the coated article. FSI products do not require the use of lens cleaners which are designed to temporarily replace the anti-fog agents depleted by everyday use.

Visgard® Anti-Fog Coatings represent a significant advance in optical coatings technology by offering scratch resistance equal to many scratch-resistant-only products, in addition to permanent anti-fog features. Vistex® Anti-Fog Coatings and Vistex® Anti-Fog Films are regarded as the most effective and long-lasting anti-fog treatments available. FSI-86 Anti-Fog Film is designed for the disposable medical shield market. It consists of a long-lasting anti-fog coating on one side of crystal clear polyester film. The anti-fog film prevents formation of vision obscuring fog by means of our condensation control technology.

FSI anti-fog coatings and anti-fog film are not affected by repeated exposure to water, household glass cleaners or specified temperature extremes.
